The 200-Hour Foundational Yoga Alliance Teacher Training by Sun Yoga School is an immersive and comprehensive journey into the heart of yoga, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to teach yoga with depth and authenticity. Rooted in the Ghatastha Yoga tradition, which emphasizes inner equilibrium and balance, this program covers a wide array of disciplines including Hatha Yoga, Kundalini, Ashtanga, anatomy and physiology, therapeutic yoga, mantra, bandhas, pranayama, and meditation.
