Welcome to Sun Yoga School! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services offered by Master Yogi Dr. Rupesh Kumar, doing business as Sun Yoga School. By accessing or using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review this agreement carefully before using our services.
1. Eligibility
To use our website and services, you must be at least 15 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you must have the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into this binding agreement. You are not allowed to use our website and services if prohibited by law in your country or jurisdiction.
2. Purchases
When purchasing items through our website, you agree to the following:

3. Fees and Payments
Fees for our services and any associated charges, including taxes and transaction fees, will be charged on a one-time basis to your chosen payment method.
4. Returns
For undamaged products, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, along with the original receipt (or gift receipt). Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including liquids, yoga tops, undies, candles, incense sticks, face towels, discounted items, and herbal teas.
5. Changes to Services
We may make changes to our services, including discontinuing features or limits, and may suspend or terminate access to our services without notice or liability.
6. Warranty
For valid warranty claims, we will either repair the defect or replace the product. If we cannot do so within a reasonable time, you will receive a full refund upon returning the product to us. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
We acknowledge and respect that all materials and content on our website, including videos, images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, copyrights, and more, are the exclusive property of Master Yogi Dr. Rupesh Kumar. You agree not to modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, create derivative works, or infringe upon any Intellectual Property Rights owned by us.
However, it's important to note that certain content on our website, such as free internet photos, website designs, graphics, yogic terms, music, and any other materials that do not belong to us, will not be claimed as our own. The property rights of such items remain with their respective owners, and we do not assert any ownership rights over them.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services without notice or liability if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws. You may cancel your account and services at any time.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Master Yogi Dr. Rupesh Kumar harmless from any third-party demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from your use of our website or services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Master Yogi Dr. Rupesh Kumar shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use of our services.
11. Content Errors and Security
We do not guarantee the accuracy of content on our website and are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or unauthorized access to personal information. It is your responsibility to protect your data and use our services with caution.
12. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our sole discretion. You should periodically review this page. Material changes to the Terms will be notified to you, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims related to these Terms or our services shall be exclusively decided by a competent court located in Delhi, India.

16. Community and Privacy
All users of our community have publicly visible profiles and activities. You can exit the community to make your profile private. We do not share customer details with third parties, and your personal information is used solely for site administration.
Please note that the following additional terms and conditions apply specifically to our Yoga Retreats & Teacher Training:

Travel insurance covering retreat activities and unexpected cancellations is highly recommended.

You are responsible for informing us of any injuries or health conditions.

Compliance with coronavirus guidance and restrictions is required.

We are not liable for injuries, terrain-related accidents, or infectious diseases.

Changes to retreat details may occur, with notification if possible.

We reserve the right to cancel retreats or teacher training if minimum participant numbers are not met.

We are not liable for travel disruptions beyond our control or personal property loss or damage.
Yoga Retreats & Teacher Training - Refund Policy:
I. Deposit
Upon acceptance into the program, the applicant must pay a deposit of US $500 to hold their place in the program. Final invoices will be emailed ten (10) weeks before the start date of training. The deadline to pay in full is eight (8) weeks prior to the start date of training. In case the application is made ten (10) weeks before the training starts, a fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to secure the space. Applications made eight (8) weeks before the training starts will need to pay the tuition fee in full.

II. Three (3) Day Cancellation
The program tuition fees are non-refundable. However, an applicant who submits written notice of cancellation within three (3) business days after signing the training agreement and before the ten (10) weeks' time frame stated above is entitled to a refund of all money paid, less the US $250 registration fee. The refund will be paid within thirty (30) days of receiving the notice of cancellation.

III. After the First Week and Additional Periods
There will be no refunds after the start date of the program. If the applicant withdraws from the program for any reason after it starts, the applicant will be responsible for paying the full tuition, regardless of any partial payments that have been made to date.
In cases where a student must withdraw from the program for special circumstances, such as illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, the program may provide a partial refund to the student at its discretion, upon substantial proof of the matter.

IV. Bad Conduct
No refunds will be given if the program removes a student from the program for bad conduct. Bad conduct includes violations of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or fellow students.

V. Cancellation of the Program
The school reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In such a case, any payments applicants have made will be allocated for the upcoming teacher training or refunded in full if the training is canceled completely.
